Waterjet cutting

Waterjet cutting at a pressure of 3500 bar.

Plasma cutting

A plasma jet with temperatures ranging from 5000 to 30,000 ºC and speeds ranging from 500 to 1500 m/s is used instead of a cutter.

Cold stamping

Production of parts from cold-rolled sheets by drawing, forming, bending, cutting, punching and other processes.

Welding

We use contact and arc welding to join sub-assemblies.

Heat treatment

We perform hardening and related thermal operations on parts made of any structural and tool steels with dimensions ranging from 5x5x5 mm to 500x500x700 mm.

Mechanical operation

We produce small and large-size parts up to 1500x3000x300 mm, bodies of rotation with a diameter up to 600 mm, a length of 2000 mm and an accuracy of +- 0.05 mm. We produce stamping tools and dies with a hardness of more than 55 HRC and a form accuracy of +- 0.02 mm.
