History

1994

Company Establishment Date. Start of production of fuel systems and moulded carpets for LADA cars. Delivery of products to AVTOVAZ was organized.
1996

Start of production of small and large size stamping parts.
1999

Start of production of welded mechanical units and parts. The technology of production of fuel filler pipes and metal fuel tanks was adopted.
2003

Production technology improvement. Production of fuel system parts in accordance with the Euro-3 standard.
2005

Improvement of the quality management system - certification for compliance with the requirements of ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001. Start of production and delivery of interior parts for Ford Focus and LADA Kalina. Launch of new equipment.
2006

Expansion and reconstruction program for production facilities and warehouses. The Ford Q1 supplier status - was awarded. The production of noise insulation was launched.
2008

Identification of business opportunities. We were the first company in Russia to produce a six-layer plastic fuel tank. We have developed and brought to market the details of the car interior system: noise insulators, roof trims.
2009

Product differentation. Improvements in the quality system. A testing laboratory for carpet and noise insulation products was established and accredited.
2010

Expansion of sales geography. New types of products for Renault Duster, Hyundai Solaris, Nissan Teana were launched. The technology of manufacturing interior parts from polyurethane foam was studied. The manufacturing of catalytic converter was adopted within the framework of the contract with Eberspecher company in Russia. The Interior Systems Engineering Development Centre was established.
2013

The period of a major equipment update . Three new automatic lines for moulding interior parts were lanched. The production of integrated floor carpets using new polyurethane technology started.
2016

A new company «DSK-Stamp» was established.
2017

Organizational structure and production processes management. DSK Group, which encorporated TZTO and DSK plants, was established
2018

The Engineering Center was established. The heavy layer line was launched.

Igor Khizhnyak has a specialist degree in Engineering with a major in Industrial Electronics from Togliatti State University and MBA from Togliatti Academy of Management. He started his carrier at the age of 21 and, over 14 years in the automotive industry, he has made his way from a Purchase and Supplier Development engineer to the CEO of DSK Group. Igor Khizhnyak gained his experience in production site management at an international company in the positions of Plant Manager and Operations Director. He promotes a system approach to management with a focus on customer satisfaction, reliable and quality deliveries, a safe and comfortable working environment.
